The project is the remodeling of two old office buildings on a site. Our aim is Simple " Pour Old wine into a New wine bottle. We have taken high cognizance of substantiate values in developing the new scheme for the buildings by carefully selecting materials and studying the climatic factors that affect the building to ensure that we conserve energy by using low-e insulated glass curtain walls and sun-shading devices and cladding materials, re-use waste water, provide means of replenishing ground water, provide alternative energy sources, specifically using solar energy.
