Remodeling of an old residential building to a modern office building. The project also included a new build extension which increased the size of the building by 100%. Building facade was clad with Aluminium Composite panels to create a contemporary form. The interior of the building was partitioned with glass and gypsum board walls, lighting was created with LED fixtures to conserve energy, the reception had a recess in the ceiling with cove lights to create a welcoming mood as you walk into the building.
