A residential apartment building comprising of luxury apartments on five floors. each apartment is a three bedroom dwelling unit with stewards quarters. The Concept of the design evolves from the use of solids and voids and long straight edges to create a perception of panoramic illusion in harmony with horizontal and vertical sight-lines. The building is sure to be a landmark on Oroke drive for a very long time as we have sought to design a timeless building.
