Michael Alley is the founder and the principal partner of The Building Practice Ltd.He is a graduate of Architecture from the Federal University of Technology Minna,and also possesses a First Class Master’s Degree in Environmental Design (M.E.D) in Architecture from the University of Lagos.

With several years of cognate experience in the field of architecture,building construction and interior design,this architect has had a wide range of exposure within a very short period from working with reputable architects,engineers and other relevant professionals in the industry and cutting across several projects within and outside Nigeria.

He obtained quality and international standard architectural practice training from the various establishments he has worked,notable among these are Design Union Consulting LLC,one of the country’s renowned multi disciplinary consulting firms where he spent over eight years and rose to the position of Project Manager.He is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects(NIA) as well as a fully registered Architect under the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria(ARCON).

He is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.His quest for professionalism drove him to undertake courses with the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals where he took the relevant training and obtained professional certificates for the General Health,Safety and Environment(HSE) course and Construction safety in December 2006.

A well trained Nigerian,who has had opportunities to work and live in different geo-political zones of the country, this has enhanced his knowledge of diverse groups of the land,and hence is fluent in English,Yoruba and Hausa languages.

Kelly is a dynamic architect with over Fifteen years experience.He has been involved in notable projects around the country where he has shown very high knowledge in the field of architecture. He is a graduate of the Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma where he studied Architecture with first and second degrees.

After graduation in 2004, he worked with Design Union Consulting LLC and spent nine years. During this time,he had the opportunity of working on various projects and in various sectors.

An innovative and creative design professional with the ability to proffer Avant Garde solutions to problems of design with an expansive body of experience in field of research, architecture, building construction, urban design, and interior design.
Having had a wide range of exposure from working with reputable professionals in the industry,cutting across several projects within Nigeria.

He joined the Building Practice LTD. In 2016, seeking to build a reputable career by constant quest for improvement,and personal development,while contributing his own quota to jobs delivery

With an average of 4 years working experience in the field of Architecture,building construction,interior design, and landscape design.

Having obtained fundamental working experience with Project Consultants and Development architects (PCDA) in Abuja for 2years, where he served as a Graduate Architect,he joined The Building Practice LTD in 2015 in a pursuit for contemporary Architectural practice, improved building construction knowledge, and quality service delivery.

Gbemie is a graduate of Architecture from Caleb University Lagos,after obtaining a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Yaba College of Technology.She aims to develop a professional career and make notable impacts to the success of a dynamic organization that recognizes and encourages individual contributions,integrity,honesty and diligence.

Her active involvement during internship periods with Arab Contractors(Nig.) Ltd and Dipo Adebo Associates ñ DAA Architects,Lagos birthed her desires in the areas of building construction and interior architecture.Interests also include Crafts,Arts and Fashion exhibition/illustration,board games and volunteering.

An Architect with Fourteen years design and technical experience.He is a graduate of Federal University of Technology Minna,where he bagged his Bachelor of Technology and Masters of Technology in Architecture.As a partner in the Building Practice,Dimeji is responsible for running the affairs of the company on various projects in Abuja.

His training and experience in architecture and notably interior design has spanned various years and on many successful projects.

Akinjobi Samuel is a graduate of Covenant University, with a distinction in M.Sc Architecture from the same university.

As a tech-driven architect, he believes in the integration of technology in every phase of design. Hence, his interest in transforming Nigeria's urbanscape with smart buildings, whilst contributing to the reduction of Nigeria’s housing deficit.
He is also a proponent of research driven design, local content inclusion through alternative building materials, promotion of low-income housing, and urban resettlement schemes.

He has over three years of industry experience working with firms in Ibadan, Kaduna, and Lagos. He joined The Building Practice Ltd. team in 2018, and is currently a Senior Associate Architect.

Ismail is a hardworking, friendly, respectful, motivated Architect filled with enthusiasm and passion in the world of Architecture, having clarity of vision to take Architecture to the future through matchless and unique sustainable designs with 21st century creativities.

Since graduating from Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State Nigeria with a Master of Technology Degree in Architecture, His experience varies on projects such as Design and Construction of Buildings, Urban Designs, Real Estate Development, Landscaping and Beautification while working which made him discreet in disposition.

Ismail is furthering his knowledge in Construction Waste Minimization Research as an aspect of ensuring Architecture solves the problem of sustainability in Construction Industry.

He joined Building Practice Team in 2018 as an Associate Architect

A graduate of The Polytechnic, Ibadan and FUT, Akure, Chyzoba ‘Tosin Onwubiko is a versatile professional architect with 7 years of cumulative work experience achieved at architecture firms and a property development firm, on various projects which include; residential, commercial, mixed-use developments, industrial, religious, among others.

His design interests range from minimalist design to designing to enhance experience through user-space interaction, among others. His other interests include reading, cooking and spending time with his young family

Sule Musa, Architect holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture with Second class Honors (Upper Division) in 2009, from the Federal University of technology Akure, Ondo state and a Master's degree in Architecture (Distinction) in 2015 from the University of Lagos. he is an associate member of the Nigerian institute of Architects, and has served in various designations in the Architectural practice.

Sule Musa experience in Design and build has afforded him the opportunity to become familiar with the systematic process of building designs and executions, which includes several years of site and office practices.

Before joining GOXIA Designs and Engineering, he has worked with Enviroquality Konsult limited. Ikeja, Lagos, and Adkan services limited. A real estate firm in Abuja FCT where he served in various designations like Project Architect and project Manager, saddled with responsibilities of keeping projects within time and budgets. He also has experience in various construction works, from structural firmness, functionality and finishing as applicable to several building types, from private Residential, Real Estates, and commercials. This serves as tools and references for him to always nip in the bud basic design challenges in preliminary drawing stages before executions.

While his proficient in Sketch-up, Revit Architecture, Microsoft office, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft project manager and Corel draw has greatly improved his design and project presentations skills in a contemporary way.
