Conceived as an open office space enveloped with clear glass curtain walls, layered with a series of white petal like shading devices. The open feel of the commercial development at Glover 27 (the Pantheon) contrasts with the closed look of its neighbours. The development lies at the heart of the Ikoyi CBD and is integrated with a Café and a sky view event space. In addition to that the building is located in one of prime areas in Lagos having several luxury residential buildings and high-grade commercial buildings.

The Project is a 15-storey office building with 13,000sqm of lettable office space wrapped around a naturally lit atrium space. Along with a bespoke event space above the office levels. The project has been designed to satisfy the requirements of the Nigerian building code (NBC), International building codes (IBC), International fire codes (IFC), NFPA codes, EDGE and LEED standards and all local physical planning statutory guidelines.

The design seeks to harmonize the gatherings spaces and the office functions through a clear planning diagram and careful optimization of each function to create a cohesive, singular, architectural expression. The building provides lush spaces and lounge seating in an environment with art installations, natural lighting and access to green spaces.

The transparent approach through the use of glass throughout the office level part of the building provides views of the lagoon and the Ikoyi environs. As a result, creating a highly efficient sustainable building experience that’s in constant harmony with its environment.
