The 35 storey edifice is poised to stretch the skyline of Lagos by reaching a height of 178 metres; it shall therefore have the highest peak in Lagos and consequently become the tallest building in West Africa. This uniquely crafted multi-use development is to be located in the Okunde Bluewater tourism zone of Lagos state.
The Project shall redefine mixed use developments by blending luxury lifestyle with work-live-play-entertain experiences for the truly discerning. It will undoubtedly boost tourism, further diversifying the economy of Lagos and provide breath-taking views of Lagos and the Atlantic Ocean.
